I have been doing group exercise for over 8 years now, after being very overweight and starting from the beginning I understand how classes can be difficult to start with, so options are given through the session to make sure you are successful and safe. For those more experienced fitness fanatics I will push you…!
Here’s a list of the classes I do and a brief explanation of what they involve, please get in touch if you’d like more details.

BOOK
I have been having PT sessions with Helen since July 2018 after winning a Facebook competition on her page. I had only ever attended a couple of group fitness classes a week previously and PT with Helen was a massive step up for me as I have massive self confidence issues, however right from the word go she made me feel as comfortable as I could be with her laid back approach. As well as physically, PT with Helen has massively improved my mental well-being and has got me through some of the toughest parts of my life with last minute sessions to sweat out life’s problems. From loathing working out and being a couch potato my whole attitude towards fitness has changed and this in turn has made me want to eat better and live a healthier lifestyle. Helens way of teaching is incredibly supportive she always know when you’ve got one more lift/squat or burpee left in you (she will not let you quit). The fact that Helen has been through the same journey as you means you can completely relate to her. Every session I have had in 2 years has been different and no matter how bad the DOMS are I always find myself back every week.
