ON DEMANDHaven't got time to go to the gym or don't like the gym but want to train at home following a video? I have a large library of pre recorded classes for you to do in your own time. This is a monthly membership (£15/month) but can be cancelled by you at any time with no notice. You will need a weight for some of these classes. Classes range from 50 minutes all the way down to 10 minutes, so caters for all!
REMOTE COACHINGThis is for the people who know they can train at home and push themselves, or are too far away for sessions in person.
Delivered via BoxMate, workouts are delivered daily via an easy to use app, and you can give me instant feedback, ask questions about you workout, let me know how you felt and record the workouts that you have done. Exercise history and metrics can be recorded for future reference so you can see your progression. There are gym based workouts, home workouts every day bar Sunday, which I encourage you to go out and try something new! This is all for £15 a month, way cheaper than a gym membership! The programming is well balanced and also includes any accessory work you may need.
