WHAT I OFFER
Presented by Clinical Dietician Natalie Bowden, as well as helping others in a clinical setting she has also gone through early menopause herself so understands the struggles.

Get fitter while having fun and possibly make some new friends! From sweaty cardio sessions, kettlebell workouts, strength and conditioning, yoga, circuits, kickboxercise, something to suit everyone!
